When are the prizes drawn each month?
Prizes are drawn around the 15th of each month. The number of tickets you have is based on the balance held in the account at the end of the previous month.
Can I withdraw funds from my PrizeSaver account?
Yes, the savings account is instant access and funds can be withdrawn at any time. Please note that you must keep £1 in the account to keep the account open and be entered into the monthly draws.
Will I earn a dividend on my PrizeSaver account?
Yes, your PrizeSaver account will earn the same dividend rates as your other Commsave savings accounts.
What happens if I win one of the monthly prizes?
Once we are notified of the prize draw winners, we will contact you via email to let you know. If you win the grand prize of £5,000, we will contact you to find out where you want the funds paid.
Will my PrizeSaver account funds be held as security against any loan(s) I have?
No, you are able to withdraw the funds in your PrizeSaver account if you have an outstanding loan balance. The funds in this account cannot be used to contribute to a savings multiplier to apply for any loans.
